Allow the fun to continue at our famous Sunday Brunch where kids can escape to the life-size Harry Potter Castle while their parents enjoy brunch. They can play at the arts & crafts table inside and watch videos while under constant supervision of a Four Seasons employee. Now, that is what I call a vacation: Family-friendly and fun, without a stone left unturned. Here are a few of my own tips about the city in general. Afterall, I was a native. Check out Navy Pier. They have great kid-focused activities all year around. If you travel in the summer, Chicago has plenty of art walks and street festivals. Don’t miss Oak Street Beach. My boys used to love taking their scooters and Heelies and wheeling around the city. I also recommend bringing a baseball glove if you have sons. My boys pack it whenever we head down to the city for some catch at Lincoln Park . While you are there, stop in and see the animals at the famous Lincoln Park Zoo. The largest, most well-preserved T-Rex dinosaur fossil -- “Sue” -- is also waiting to be seen at the Field Museum.
Finally, don’t forget to buy a Go Chicago Card ![]() |
