Our roving reporter, Kim Ashton and her family went to Disney's Fort Wilderness and says this property is camping at it's finest! Here is her report: There are 784 private campsites! If you want to rough it, you can select campsites and pitch a tent or park your own RV. If you want to camp in style, choose a nice air-conditioned cabin! Each cabin is in the great outdoors, with all the modern amenities you would expect at a Disney Hotel, even a daily housekeeper!

Kim and her family have been there six different times over the past four years. On her last trip, she went with 11 families! " Disney put our whole group together on the same street," says Ashton. "We had a great time just hanging out in the front yards! It was such a relaxing feeling to let our children ride their bikes around out front of our cabins."
